Come join us on a 3.2-mile Nature Hike at Cane Creek Park Trail in Waxhaw, NC. This segment of Carolina Thread Trail is a part of the larger Cane Creek Park trail network, and follows the edge of Cane Creek Lake. Adjacent to the trail is a parcel of land that is protected by Catawba Lands Conservancy, as it is good habitat for the federally endangered Schweinitz’s sunflower.
