Our Peach Festival will be held June 29th from 9 am to 6 pm and June 30th from 12 noon to 6 pm. This is the first year we are doing our Pie Eating contest for Charity on our farm during the festival. We will be donating 100 percent of the proceeds to Surry Medical Ministries to help with supplies and their medical expenses. If you are 1 to 100 and enter the contest you get one free admission to the peach festival, and a chance to win wonderful cash prizes and trophies. Little children eat little turnovers, older children eat turnovers, teenagers eat mini pies, and 13 and up go for the 9 inch deep dish pie. Teams are welcome. Admission for the children is just $5.00 and the adults is just $10.00 with everyone winning a gift certificate, some winning the trophies and cash, and Surry Medical Ministries getting little community support.
