Visual Art Class (Ages 6-12)

Join us at the Surry Arts Council for our monthly Youth Visual Arts Class (Ages 6-12)! These classes will be held in the SAC Art Studio every first Friday of the month at 4:00 pm. This month Kayla Ellis will be teaching participants how to do a still life of fall leaves.

Kayla will have a new theme each month. Kayla Ellis is a licensed and nationally board-certified visual arts teacher with a BFA in Art Education. She taught at Surry County Schools, Surry Community College, Surry Arts Council, and with Crisanthemum Ceramics. She explores color and design through arts, quilt making, and gardening.
