Join us for our annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, December 7th, at 5:30 PM. Enjoy beautiful carols performed by members and alumni of the NC Honors Chorus and witness the announcement of the Downtown Window Decorating Contest winners.
Immediately following the Tree Lighting Ceremony, enjoy our 54th Annual Christmas Parade! The parade, hosted by the Pilot Mountain Rescue and EMS Squad 86, will feature a delightful array of entertainment, including dancing, horses, cheerleaders, a marching band, and traditional favorites such as floats, tractors, cars, and public safety vehicles. It will take place on Main Street, stretching from East Surry High School to Academy Street.
