Learn yummy new ways to prepare seafood in this hands-on workshop. Working in teams of two, the class will prepare four recipes using different techniques. Limited to 8 participants.
Menu includes:
Fish in Parchment
Braised Cod in Coconut Milk
Seared Salmon with Artichoke Hearts
Sheet Pan Fish with Vegetables and Herbs
Like buying a theater ticket, seats in a class are non-transferable (to another date) & non-refundable unless Southern Home & Kitchen cancels the class.
