Cavendish steps outside the box and brings with it quirky events and Old World Beers. Would you not call a Game of Thrones event called “Winter is Coming” or an evening of Where are the Supers a little quirky?
The Cavendish Brewing Company is a 16-tap brewhouse that’s located in a former Studebaker dealership. The majority of beers available are uncommon beers here in the “New World.” German, Czech and English recipes rule the taps here.
The brewery aims to be Gaston County’s locally owned and locally brewed neighborhood hub. And it does not matter if your neighborhood is in the Piedmont, Triangle or Foothills. Food is another enticement to visit, as the kitchen serves up sandwiches like a hot Bustamante Royal (it’s worth asking about).
