The Triangle’s Biggest Taco Takeover Is Finally Here

Cary, get ready for a day of taco tastin’, margarita sippin’, and high-energy entertainment — the 7th Annual Tacos ‘N Taps Festival returns to Koka Booth Amphitheatre on Saturday, April 18, 2026. This all-you-care-to-taste beer and tequila festival brings together the best tacos, drinks, and live entertainment the Triangle has to offer and this year is bigger than ever.

Guests can enjoy unlimited samples of craft beer, tequila, mezcal, and margaritas, all while exploring a lineup of taco trucks, taquerias, and local restaurants serving everything from classic street tacos to creative, chef-inspired bites.

New this year, Chef’s Corner brings local chefs front and center, showcasing featured dishes every hour on the hour — with complimentary samples for guests. Also debuting is authentic Mexican Luchador Wrestling, where colorful masked wrestlers will take the ring for highenergy matches from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

The festival also features live music from Crush, a DJ set from DJSandyJ, and a lively Mariachi band to keep the party going all day.
