About this Event
In Cold Mud 5K presented by Beech Mountain Parks & Rec Department will be held May 18, 2019 on Beech Mountain’s Wild Iris Trail. Parking for this event will be at Beech Mountain’s Clubhouse lower parking lot. (112 Clubhouse Road, Beech Mountain NC, 28604.

Course
The course is on Wild Iris Trail Loop, which is an easy woodland trail that we have modified with obstacles. There is a small elevation change of 96ft, which on Beech Mtn. we call this course FLAT. The loop has rocks, roots and a bunch of MUD!

After the race Beech Mountain Chamber of Commerce will be serving Mud Puppies (Hot Dogs) for lunch for $5!
