• Vending space rental fee includes vending site, tickets for vendors and employees (4 wristbands per day and 2 parking passes per day – please contact maggie@ruralhill.net if you need more).
• You may set up on Thursday or Friday.
• If you require inspection by the Health Department your paperwork MUST be into them by March 1st, 2025 and you must let RH know it has been submitted (info@ruralhill.net).
• If you require inspection by the Health Department for service you MUST be set up prior to their arrival on site, date/time TBD but traditionally Friday mid-afternoon.
• All vehicles must be removed from the Loch Norman Highland Games field by 8:00 am Saturday morning and relocated to vendor parking area.
• All fixtures, equipment, and supplies must be neat and organized for presentation to the public must be contained within the rented space (i.e., the vendors’ tent or rented space).
• Nothing will be allowed to be displayed in the public walkways or in areas adjacent to your vending space.
• Pathways must be kept clear for emergency vehicles, as well as pedestrian traffic, to avoid trip hazards.
• Anyone in violation will be issued a warning and will be subject to removal as a vendor if deemed non-compliant with HISTORIC RURAL HILL’S policies.
• C OI, payment, and contract must all be turned in by February 1st, 2025. You can email COI to info@ruralhill.net or mail to Historic Rural Hill – 4431 Neck Road, Huntersville, NC 28078.

Historic Rural Hill, Inc. retains the right to enforce these policies.

Vendors do have the option to provide their own tables, chairs, or sidewalls, but also have the option to rent as well.

If you are bringing your own tent (10×10 ONLY) it is required to be broken down each night – NO exceptions.
